Start on hands and knees, wrists under shoulders, knees under hips.

Inhale and gently arch the back, lifting the chest and tailbone.

Exhale and round the spine slowly, tucking the chin and tailbone.

Move slowly with the breath. Avoid forcing the range.
Watch for
Stop if you feel sharp lower-back pain.
