  1. 01

    Sit with one leg in front bent at 90°, one leg to the side at 90°.

  2. 02

    Stay tall through the spine.

  3. 03

    Slowly rotate hips and switch the position of the legs.

  4. 04

    Use hands lightly for balance — work the legs.

Watch for

Don't force the back leg flat if knees feel pinched.
