    Sit tall, shoulders relaxed.

    Drop the chin to the chest.

  3. 03

    Slowly roll the head to one shoulder, then back through centre.

  4. 04

    Roll only across the front — never tip the head fully back.

Skip the backward arc if you have any neck issues.
