Instructions
  1. 01

    Stand with back against a wall, feet ~6 inches out.

  2. 02

    Press lower back, upper back, and head against the wall.

  3. 03

    Bring arms into a goalpost shape, backs of hands on the wall.

  4. 04

    Slowly slide arms up and down, keeping contact.

Watch for

Only go as high as you can keep contact. Quality over range.
