  1. 01

    Place the back shin up against a wall or couch.

  2. 02

    Front foot flat on the floor.

  3. 03

    Squeeze the back glute and tuck the pelvis under.

  4. 04

    Stay tall — don't lean forward to fake range.

Watch for

Cushion the back knee. Reduce intensity if you feel knee pain.
