    Lie on your back, one hand on chest, one on belly.

  2. 02

    Inhale slowly through the nose for 4 counts — only the belly hand should rise.

  3. 03

    Exhale through pursed lips for 6 counts.

  4. 04

    Keep the chest hand quiet.
