Doorway Chest Stretch

Instructions
  1. 01

    Stand in a doorway, forearm against the frame, elbow at 90°.

  2. 02

    Step the same-side foot forward.

  3. 03

    Gently rotate the chest away until you feel a stretch across the front of the shoulder.

  4. 04

    Keep the shoulder blade pulled down, not shrugged up.

Watch for

Should feel like a stretch, not a pinch in the front of the shoulder.
