    Sit sideways against a wall, hip touching it.

  2. 02

    Swing legs up the wall as you lie back on the floor.

  3. 03

    Adjust so your sit-bones are close to or touching the wall.

  4. 04

    Arms relaxed by your sides. Breathe slowly.
